Thor's Hammer, Mjolnir, was originally destroyed in *Thor: Ragnarok* (2017). In *Avengers: Endgame*, Thor and Rocket travel to Asgard in 2013, where Thor retrieves his old hammer after being encouraged by his mother, Frigga. Later, during the climactic battle, Steve Rogers / Captain America proves worthy and wields Mjolnir against Thanos, using it to fight alongside his shield. The hammer is eventually returned to its proper timeline by Rogers at the end of the film.

In Their Own Story

In 2013 Asgard, Thor, accompanied by Rocket, visits his mother Frigga, who encourages him. He then retrieves his old hammer, Mjolnir, from its resting place. Later, in the present, during the battle against Thanos, Steve Rogers summons Mjolnir, surprising everyone, and uses it to fight Thanos, even combining it with his shield for powerful attacks. After the battle, Rogers returns the hammer to its proper point in time.
